Davis French & Associates announces new leadership structure

Davis French & Associates are proud to announce a new leadership model and directorial appointments for the business. 

After careful planning and confidence that solid foundations were in place, both Nick Davis – Deputy Chairman and Sally Davis – Co-Manging Director have retired. Nick and Sally have both now stood down from the board of directors, with Nick remaining as a minority shareholder.  

We have subsequently implemented a new distributed leadership structure that will be led by a collegiate team of four senior directors. This model brings together complementary areas of expertise, working closely together to ensure a shared vision for the business, bringing about further growth, innovation and diversification.
 

The business will now be led by: 

• David Brooks, Director of Major & Complex Loss. David will have oversight of all major loss projects, acting as project management and best practice lead.  

• Olivia French, Director of Operations & Environmental Services. Olivia will oversee operational performance of both our consultancy and laboratory services, ensuring continued service excellence.  

• Jack Corden, Director of Strategy. Jack will lead the implementation of business strategy, and work with our customers to integrate independent consultancy into their claims process.  

• Tim French, Director of Innovation & Development. Tim will build on the technological and technical improvements he has already introduced to keep our services at the forefront of the industry.   

All four are in post with immediate effect after years of preparation and mentorship to ensure a smooth transition. Dr Greg French remains as chairman of the board.  

These appointments are designed to ensure that Davis French continue to lead the industry with unparalleled experience and technical capability. The insurance market sits at a time of unprecedented change, we’re here to make that happen.
