At Davis French & Associates, we are proud to invest in developing the very best for our customers through expertise, innovation and technical excellence. As part of that commitment, we are delighted to celebrate two exciting leadership appointments within our team: Charlotte Elliot as Laboratory Manager and James Page as Technical Manager. 

Charlotte Elliot, Laboratory Manager  

Charlotte has built an impressive career in Environmental Sciences since 2013, progressing from Apprentice Laboratory Technician to management roles including Assistant Quality Manager and Laboratory Manager. In 2024, she graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with an Apprenticeship Degree in Chemical Sciences, specialising in Green Chemistry, further strengthening her technical expertise. 

Her career has spanned specialist laboratories across wastewater, compliance testing, R&D and accredited soil testing services, including roles as Laboratory Manager for a specialist consultancy and Assistant Laboratory and Quality Manager for a UKAS-certified specialist laboratory. This breadth of experience has equipped Charlotte with the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional technical support to our customers. 

Since joining Davis French & Associates, Charlotte has played a key role in supporting our own UKAS accreditation process and helping develop the full potential of our laboratory services. Her expertise, dedication and leadership have already made a significant impact, and her promotion reflects both her contribution and our ambition to continue expanding our laboratory capabilities.  

James Page, Technical Manager:  

We are also delighted to announce that James Page has recently taken on the role of Technical Manager. James’s appointment is another example of our commitment to building a team that truly is the best of the best.
